Sam and I decided to get serious about exercise this year. We took some video of our first class together -- turns out we have a bit further to go than we anticipated.
No, but seriously, have you ever seen such uncords in your entire life? Sam gets especially joyous every time we watch it.

oh my hell this is the funniest thing i have ever seen. I saw this post a while back but couldn't watch the video because it was from my phone! the uncord third from the right and the one in the middle are seriously killing me! jumping jacks? Reminds me of "someone" when we went to kick boxing class at Golds...
